My retreats are not part of a detox, cleansing or to treat. They are simply an opportunity to escape, unwind and reset in a beautiful part of France within in a luxury setting venue, Manoir Mouret. Do as much or a little as you want. For some, it will be their first experience of classes listed. I wanted to create consistency with Yoga & Pilates.
